Krybaby Killer Kyle Rittenhouse has fallen into a monotonous routine of doing something stupid, getting called out for it, and playing the victim card.

The latest example is KKK liking a tweet from a fellow bigoted, redneck, gun-loving reprobate who was badmouthing Pope Francis:

They were all upset because the Pope had a luncheon with some transgender women.

Newsweek caught on to it and wrote a short article about it. Newsweek shares the story on xitter.

So now, we have KKK doing something stupid - liking a hateful tweet - and getting called out for it - the Newsweek article and tweet. Cue the playing of the victim card:

So Gavin Newsom went on Fox, straight into the heart of the enemy, and in a Sean Hannity "moderated" debate, he delivered the kind of epic beatdown to Ron DeSantis we used to see in WWF cage matches.

You probably saw the coverage we did here at Crooks & Liars. But Cliff Schecter put together a funny video tying the biggest moments together with relevant movie clips.

Newsom was relaxed, delivered more facts than Ron has learned in his entire existence, and mocked DeSantis the entire time, saving vicious zingers for the end of his statements.

It was something to behold.

There were moments it seemed like it might make more sense for DeSantis to put a mic in front of his little white booties to see if they'd do better.

It was a thorough asskicking in every way, with DeSantis looking every bit as uncomfortable as he usually does in public. (God, that whiny voice!) Why did he agree to this? We'll never know. But thank whatever or whoever you worship that he did.

Donald Trump continues to lose in court - bigly. Late Friday the Judge issued an opinion, ruling that Trump's attempts to have his case thrown out based on immunity claims has no legal basis.

In the ruling, Judge Chutkan wrote:

"Whatever immunities a sitting president may enjoy, the United States has only one chief executive at a time, and that position does not confer a lifelong 'get-out-of-jail-free' pass."

In addition to dismissing Trump's claims of Presidential immunity. the Judge also dismissed his claims that the charges violate his free speech under the First Amendment. These rulings bring us even closer to trial, having pushed out two of the most bold motions that Trump's team have put forward this far.

Israeli officials obtained Hamas’s battle plan for the Oct. 7 terrorist attack more than a year before it happened, documents, emails and interviews show. But Israeli military and intelligence officials dismissed the planl, considering it too difficult for Hamas to carry out. It all sounds so familiar! Via the New York Times:

The approximately 40-page document, which the Israeli authorities code-named “Jericho Wall,” outlined, point by point, exactly the kind of devastating invasion that led to the deaths of about 1,200 people.

The translated document, which was reviewed by The New York Times, did not set a date for the attack, but described a methodical assault designed to overwhelm the fortifications around the Gaza Strip, take over Israeli cities and storm key military bases, including a division headquarters.

Hamas followed the blueprint with shocking precision. The document called for a barrage of rockets at the outset of the attack, drones to knock out the security cameras and automated machine guns along the border, and gunmen to pour into Israel en masse in paragliders, on motorcycles and on foot — all of which happened on Oct. 7.

Maybe it takes one lying fraud to love another but even so, George Santos seems an odd choice to wage civil war over. And yeah, I get it that every MAGA vote is needed for the assault on the U.S. government Bannon longs for, even if he hasn’t noticed that the House has not done a great job of getting anything done, even with MAGA’s fave drag queen. But, hey, don’t let me stop you, Steve!

The way Bannon sees it, expelling Santos is “1000%” a plot by ousted speaker Kevin McCarthy, with Fox News as accomplice, to “screw MAGA,” to make new Speaker Mike Johnson’s job harder, to sabotage the ability to make massive budget cuts, to defund the war in Ukraine, to force offsets for aid to Israel, to “stop anything you really want to do on the border” and to take away the GOP majority in the House.

“They want a civil war? They got one!” Bannon fumed. “Anybody that takes a penny from McCarthy, you’re part of the problem.” He claimed McCarthy already has $17 million that will be used to “take out the MAGA candidates” and is fundraising for more. “So, bring it!” Bannon added.
